I am a generalist senior Human Resources professional with a background in people management, employee relations, operational HR and change management.
I’ve worked for a number of different organisations in a range of industries including Private Medical Insurance, Aviation, Entertainment, Distribution and Logistics and Field Marketing.
Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – Level 7.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with business leaders, senior management teams and directors always ensuring that commercial considerations were at the forefront of HR strategy.
